Tips and Tricks

• If you are using a FrontPage Extended Web, use FrontPage's internal publishing feature instead of Web Publishing Wizard.

• WPW can still be used with FrontPage Extended Webs if you are developing pages in other programs (FrontPage Express, Visual InterDev, Notepad, etc).

• Store all your web site files in one folder on your system and then use the "Select Folder" option to upload the entire contents of that folder to the web site.

• Keep a watch on your space -- this can be done in Windows Explorer.

• Move or delete all non-web site files including original image or audio files in your web site's folder. No point wasting time and space uploading unnecessary files.

• Backup your web site's files often and before you make major revisions.
