Step 3: Begin Publishing
There are two major ways to begin publishing: |
Use the Publish ButtonOne way start publishing (open the Publishing dialog box) is to simply click on the Publish icon near the top of the screen. |

Use the File > Publish MenuThe other way to open the publish dialog box is to use the File menu and select the Publish menu item.Technically, there is a third way to publish, which is to use the Control+Shift+S keyboard shortcut. There are actually many keyboard shortcuts you can use for various tasks. Many of these shortcuts are displayed on the menu items that do the same thing. In order to use a keyboard shortcut, you must hold down all the keys specific at one time. |
Use the Publish Button
Regardless of how you open the Publish dialog, it should appear like shown below.
