Step 4: File Transfer (Uploading)
To begin the transfer (upload), select the file or files you wish to upload from the Local section (panel on the left side of the screen). Upload Button
One of the easiest ways to upload, is to simply click the Upload button after the selections of your files. Right-Click Menu Option
You can also start the upload by right-clicking any selected file, and choosing the "Upload" item from the popup menu. Drag-and-Drop
An additional way to start uploading files, is to "drag and drop" the files from the local side to the remote side. This is a standard Windows technique, see your Windows Help File for details if you are unsure how to do this. Monitor the Logs during Upload
You can monitor the FTP conversation log to see how the transfers are going. There is also a Transfers status bar at the very bottom of the CoreFTP window which can show the status of each file as it is uploaded. Resolving Conflicts
If there is a conflict between the remote and local files, then a Conflicts dialog is displayed and you are prompted for a decision. This usually happens when you are uploading new versions of existing files - in which case you want to overwrite those files with the new versions from your system.
