What happened to the Account Manager?

The Account Manager is unavailable. We removed this feature in favor of the Internet standard of File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Now, all free website users are given FTP accounts. If you do not have an FTP account, just fill out the FTP Account Request Form.

Will the Account Manager return in the future?

Yes, but right now FTP provides more functionality than our Account Manager ever did. Even when we do revisit the Account Manager, it will mainly be for basic account information and perhaps a few tools, but never attempt to replace the functionality that is provided by FTP.

What is FTP and how to I access my account now?

We provide to places for that information: FTP Support pages and FTP Information for Free websites.
